    SLC cache, we'll have to see how it does.

    Practically all TLC drives (including 3D TLC ones) use a SLC cache anyways.

    It'll be interesting to see how Toshiba's 3D NAND compares to Inte/Micron's.

    Micron's should be slower since they use floating gate.

    Micron's strategy is to make up for it with the controller, which mostly works in key areas. The obvious exception is the botched Intel p600.
