Not a very sought after feature. Most people who buy these fancy themselves progamers and readily delve into settings applications to set everything up for themselves anyway.
Me, I`ll stay with G203 with dumb lights turned off.
looks OK but dunno why I'd use this over a Deathadder. I mean the clutch is interesting for accomplishing a quick temporary DPI switch (something that'd take a couple presses, one for on, one for off with the Elite's DPI buttons). Dunno about its placement though.. I almost never use the forward thumb button on the DE (my thumb doesn't reach; fingers enough longer than my thumb or whatever). I'm not sure the clutch would be even under my thumb without contorting from my usual grip haha. Maybe for someone else..

The Logitech G402 has had that DPS clutch for ages now... what's new?nathanddrews - Friday, September 1, 2017 - link
Now Razer has it!Old_Fogie_Late_Bloomer - Friday, September 1, 2017 - link
Corsair has it too, and while my Logitech G602 doesn't have a dedicated button for it, you can set any one of the side buttons to do the same thing. Also, calling it a clutch is pretty silly. "Paddle shifter" would at least make some sense lol...
