Yes. Clearly. These facilities cost billions to set up you don't move across the river for a tax break when you have been there for over 30 years in an industrial building. Commercial buildings are way different. (Source: me; I've worked in many a clean room).
That picture looks like just a motherboard, even the cars fit in nicely. I'm always fascinated by this, it's like maybe the universe really is a simulation and we're unknowingly mirroring the hardware it runs on.

The fab size will double in size with a whole new building. How can you say "will not significantly increase its capacity".That is called Fab 6. Not Fab 1. Just think about it, Fab 1 is in Boise where the company started. Source: I work there.
