What is the best benchmark tool to check the advertised speeds for micro sd cards?

USB 3.0 adapter and any of the SSD / HDD tools? AS SSD, CDM, IOmeter. Or just copy a bunch of small files and a few large files to the card and look at the time it takes.

I'm quite sure more than just PNY and Lexar do 512gb micro sd cards.

I know Samsung and Integral do.
