That laptop is made by clevo and they actually make pretty good desktop replacement laptops. Not to mention many vendors offer options like liquid metal and vapor chamber heat pipes. Some even offer delidded cpus although that is less common with the 9th gen being soldiered. Very likely you could run it overclocked even with a heavy benchmark. Typically liquid metal is all you need for this.
in gaming a 9900k type cpu at 5ghz stays at 40-60w the whole time. thats what its made for, gaming. it actually wont be that big of a problem. plus these r0 stepping based 9900ks skus use a bit less power for the same clocks.
Never have children. A typical newborn is about the weight of this "monster"...
Or maybe, it's time to hit the gym and get some strength into that back of yours (as well as, I suspect, the extra-spindly arms and legs that go with it...)
Newborns also regularly exceed five figures in price. Both my back and bank account reflect having two of them and my toehold on sanity reflects taking care of both of them on my own thanks to that worthless spouse that fled the country. *grumble*
