I mean if it's all about rgb and looking, not as good as NZXT and fractal design.
Performance wise (thermal and acoustic), unlikely, this will beat Arctic and EK AIO based on how badly their fans perform.
Price?? there are a lot of good products with better pricing: deepcool, silverstone, arctic, and EK aio.

IMO, this gen looks ugly compared to last gen and even worth than what silverstone provides.

youre smoking crack dawg if you think any other manufacturer does RGB better than Corsair. Go look up videos of capillex leds in action, theyre amazing.

Pretty sure they're talking about the physical design of the product, not the RGBs - and I'd be inclined to agree, in terms of looks it's not the best.

Aesthetic appeal differs from person to person so it is probably unfair to single out an opinion about how something looks and the accuse someone of "smoking crack dawg" because of that opinion. Besides, people purchasing these AIO kits might be more concerned with cooling capability over blinkenlights (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blinkenlights) and I think you'll find a pretty clear divide among those that simply want capability versus those that want capability and showmanship with added associated costs.

Well there goes another potential history lesson lost to carelessness about hyperlinks and the deceased dinosaur of AT's discussion system. Let's try that again without including the closing parens:

I'm just shocked nobody mentions that Capella is a scary object, a star :). [/inside joke]

^^Oh boy here comes the peanut gallery with their irrelevant opinion ready to steer this ship into the abyss.

I only commented on the RGB aspect of the product, so bringing up performance as a fact to your argument shows your inability to discern any real information from text. To take this one step further I didnt even bring up the looks up the item, merely the RGB of it. So once again, step away from the keyboard SJW, youre not needed here.

and to reiterate my point, no one in the industry does RGB better than Corsair, period point blank.

You missed the part about cooling performance in the above comment made by h2odddd.
  • vanish1 - Wednesday, September 16, 2020 - link

Actually I didnt, I only commented on the RGB, for some reason though you think I was talking about other things besides that.

    Try again.

Yuck! It silly to call Apple a "Fashion Accessory" when your PC looks like a magical unicorn regurgitated into your case!
  • mjz_5 - Friday, September 18, 2020 - link

exactly.. PCs are turning into toys.
  • PeachNCream - Friday, September 18, 2020 - link

In fairness, a gaming PC is mainly an entertainment delivery system which is essentially a toy. Sure it can do other things, but lots of people view them as a source of amusement first and foremost.

you sound like a old man who's jealous this kinda good looking gear wasn't around during your hay day.

It's amazing how many companies are now marketing and producing AIO's. Big mark-up and fast cash. Companies in this 'feeding-frenzie' actually use and share the same factory in Taiwan or China and just changing the design or look of the product. Rebranding, restamping and marketing at its best. Even companies with absolutely no cooling expertise and known worldwide only for their handful of non-related products are jumping on the bandwagon. I also thought that RGB in general is carried much too far in the AIO competition race and to wringing out every last dollar. For me it's all about cooling not lighting. Sofar none of my neighbors and friends have come over to the house to check out my Elite Capellix RGB. I seriously daubt they will ever.
