Anyone know how this dock, or any USB dock handles the laptop while docked. Do you have to leave the laptop lid open so it doesn't sleep? Or can this work just like a hard dock on a business laptop where it can power-on/off the device?
So then I'd assume you just have to remember to manually sleep it before you undock for the day. Makes sense I suppose, but still not nearly as nice as an actual dock.
