this AMD center thing starts to be very annoying... MSI introduces one of the most beautiful laptop of this spring with the Ghost Pro (15.6" FHD Haswell + Maxwell GTX 860M in a 19mm thin full aluminum package) and no word of it at anand...

What do you mean by incorrect exactly? Seems unlikely they would produce product packaging with the wrong info. Maybe MSI thinks the card will be popular with those who want lots of status displays or something? Or maybe the memory chips were more cost effective when obtained in some larger chip size?

Someone fell asleep at working making that placard.....6 GB 384 bit for 270x.......
The port layout is wrong based on that picture alone since that layout would show ports on the second row which is not the case.
